Van Eperen & Company (VE & Co.) Welcomes Rebecca Noel as New Account Coordinator

University of Maryland Graduate Brings Diverse Background and Social Media Experience to Marketing and Communications Consulting Firm

Bethesda, Md. – Van Eperen & Company (VE & Co), www.veandco.com, an award-winning marketing and communications consulting firm in Bethesda, Md., has named Rebecca Noel as the firm’s newest Account Coordinator.

A recent graduate of the University of Maryland, Noel obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in public relations. Along with her education experience, Noel brings a significant amount of hands-on public relations experience to VE & Co. She served as the Public Relations Director for the university’s student programming board for three consecutive semesters, in addition to a variety of other leadership roles on campus. Most recently, Noel interned at VE & Co. from November 2009 through graduation.  She also completed several other internships including working for Baltimore magazine and two other public relations firms.

As an intern at VE & Co., Noel was responsible for the tracking, monitoring, and clipping of all client media coverage, as well as promoting large-scale events, such as the Aerospace Industries Association’s Team America Rocketry Challenge.  Additionally, she worked on social media outreach, a service more clients are demanding from VE & Co.  Noel’s communication background includes entertainment marketing, media relations and graphic design.
